Boston Sports Media Watch was launched in April 2002 to provide a resource for Boston sports fans both locally and transplanted, who may not be able to keep up with the plethora of information available in the newspapers, on the radio and television and on-line. Another goal of the site is to attempt to log and record the varying stances and opinions of the Boston Sports Media personalities. I attempt to make them somewhat accountable when they mess up, make needless personal attacks or change their stance without reason. Their consistently negative viewpoints toward the athletes and teams that they cover are a source of derision to many of the fans of Boston. I would like to cover them in somewhat the same fashion that they cover the beats they are assigned to. I also give praise where it is merited. I would love to be able to make a living or some money off this site or something similar to it. I think the service provided here, or something like it could be of great use to researchers, media publications, or even sports teams who want to keep up with what is being said and written about them, and even be able to counter some of the accusations made against them by the press.

Welcome to the Boston Sports Media Watch Mall! I'm your host, Tiki, and I'll be your tour guide through the best in Sports Books, DVD's, Video Games and more. Remember, a portion of your purchases here supports the best source on the internet for what's going on with the Boston Sports Media. And as we know, there's always something going on with the Boston Sports Media. Thanks to Bruce Allen and his countless hours of hard work, we now have a place to talk about the media instead of the media doing all of the talking for us. So, open your wallets, clear off some space on your bookshelves, warm up the DVD player and shop like someone has broken into your homes and filled your shelves with copies of Curse of the Bambino. And if there's a book you'd like to see listed here, drop me an email at and I'll put it up.
